Chatbot DTU-CSE for the retail store:

The customers activate chatbot by standing in front of them and the customer will be identified simultaneously.

After identified customers successfully, the customers will be classified: new or close customers.

For the new customers, VoiceChatbot is starting conversation by giving a greetings and then, the most rating beverage will be showed on the screen.

For the close customters, the system will also say “Hello” and will recommend to customer their favorite beverage based on their history shopping. They can give a feedback, too.

When the “Feedback” function is activated, the system recognize the customer’s emotion and give the response agreeably.
