Chapter 2 (2025 - 2028): From Organizer to Self-Organized Network

Kambria is completing its first cycle of building DAO frameworks and now evolves toward a sustainable, regenerative ecosystem.

Three Phases

Phase 1 - 2025–2026: 

• Kambria plays the role of DAOs’ Organizer Partner to strengthen and stabilize DAO operations. 
• Revenue model: Each DAO contributes a fixed monthly fee for Organizer-support.

Phase 2 - 2026–2027: 

• Kambria’s role transitions from management to advising and mentorship as DAOs begin running their own cycles.
• Revenue model: Shared revenue (5–10%) or framework licensing.

Phase 3 - 2028 onward: 

• Kambria evolves into a fully decentralized ecosystem of DAOs interlinked by shared ethics and token economy - a Meta-DAO curating standards, redistributing knowledge, and sustaining network value.
• Revenue model: DAOs operate independently; Kambria is sustained by token flows, shared treasury rules, and reputation value.

KAT Holder Benefits in Phase 3: The Token Economy

As Kambria grows into a self-organized network of DAOs, KAT will serve as the connecting layer that links all members and projects - a transparent system to recognize contributions, exchange value, and sustain ecosystem growth.

What It Means for KAT Holders:

• More Ways to Use KAT: Each new DAO or community program will use KAT to join activities, access resources, or show participation - making the token more useful over time.
• Recognition and Trust: Earning or holding KAT becomes a visible record of your contribution to the Kambria network. Long-term holders are seen as trusted members and may be invited to lead or co-create new DAOs.
• Shared Support Pool: A small portion of DAO income or sponsorships goes into a shared community fund. KAT holders may receive learning grants, collaboration opportunities, or decision-making roles.
• Growing Ecosystem Value: The more DAOs that use Kambria’s framework, the more KAT circulates - building a stronger and more active network that benefits everyone involved.

Our 2026 focuses on moving from experimentation to execution, while maintaining the learning-driven approach that has shaped Kambria’s progress so far.

DAO Experimentation Program and DEX Transition (2025)

In 2025, Kambria entered a new phase focused on scalability, experimentation, and decentralization.

Key milestones:

• Announcement of the DAO Experimentation Program (DEP)
• DEP Info Session – July 11, 2025 (Recap)
• DEP Kick-off Event – September 19, 2025 (Recap)
• DEP Onboarding Sync Meeting – October 10, 2025 (Recap)
• Announcement of KAT Exchange Transition – November 2025

This period also marked:

• The strategic shift from centralized exchanges to a DEX-based liquidity model
• The introduction of KAT POL as the operational focus for DAO and DEX activities
