1. About Ambassador Spotlight Program

Kambria Ambassador Spotlight Program is a community-driven referral program that empowers individuals to introduce new people into the Kambria ecosystem while being recognized and rewarded for their contributions.

Rather than relying on advertising or cold outreach, the program empowers Ambassadors to introduce opportunities to people they already know and trust. Ambassadors create authentic content, share opportunities within their own communities, and help referred participants successfully complete their journey.

This is not a one-off campaign. It is an ongoing referral and content loop, with refreshed calls, new featured stories, and continuous community growth.

Each campaign may prioritize different initiatives depending on current needs. The program currently focuses on recruiting CED Guides and Explorers, while future campaigns will also support other initiatives across the Kambria ecosystem.

What makes this program different?

The Ambassador Spotlight Program is built on core principles:

  • Community-first – We value trusted relationships over audience size.
  • Authentic storytelling – Share your own experience and perspective instead of promoting scripted marketing messages.
  • Meaningful recognition – Ambassadors receive both financial rewards and opportunities to have their work featured across Kambria's channels.

2. Who is Kambria Ambassador?

Kambria Ambassadors are people who bring others into the Kambria ecosystem — and who are recognised and rewarded for it.

An Ambassador is not a promoter. The distinction matters. A promoter reaches an audience; an Ambassador reaches people they actually know, in a community they are actually part of, about something they actually believe. That is why the program works in places our advertising never will, and why we do not measure Ambassadors on reach.

Kambria especially welcomes Ambassadors from communities that are often underrepresented in global innovation ecosystems. We believe meaningful ideas and leadership come from communities everywhere, and authentic local voices are essential to building a truly community-owned future.

What Ambassadors do

  •     Bring people in. Introduce Kambria's programs to your network — currently Capacity Exchange (CED), and soon DEP 3, Kambria Partners and new Ambassadors.
  •     Write about it in your own voice. Your story, your framing, your community's context. Content that sounds like Kambria wrote it does not work — your network can tell.
  •     Support the people you bring. A referral is not a click. It is a person who registers, and then actually turns up. Helping them get there is part of the job, and it is what separates an Ambassador with ten real relationships from someone who posted a link to ten thousand strangers.

What Ambassadors will get

Rewards A referral fee for each person you bring who actually participates, plus a monthly milestone bonus. Paid in USDT. See the Invitation page for rates.
Recognition The best Ambassador content each week is published on Kambria's own channels, credited to you — Featured Creator of the Week.
Reach Your work put in front of Kambria's whole audience, not just your own.
Stars of the Year Outstanding Ambassadors are honoured in the OIN recognition section, alongside partners and core contributors.
A network Ambassadors span Kenya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, the Philippines, India, Vietnam and beyond. You are joining people doing the same work in different places.

3. Current Campaign

Current Call: CED Guides & Explorers

We are currently inviting Ambassadors to help grow the Capacity Exchange DAO (CED) community by introducing new Guides and Explorers.

Capacity Exchange DAO (CED) is a global platform where people exchange skills, knowledge, and experience through live 1-on-1 sessions. The same person can be a Guide in one session and an Explorer in another, creating a community where everyone can both teach and learn.

This campaign focuses on introducing qualified participants who are genuinely interested in joining the CED community and completing their first two trial sessions.

Who we are looking for

There is no follower threshold and no application essay. We are looking for three things:

  •     A real community. A student club, a professional network, an NGO, a Discord, a WhatsApp group, a neighbourhood. Small and real beats large and anonymous — reliably.
  •     Something you actually believe. You do not have to agree with everything Kambria does. But if none of it interests you, your posts will say so, and nobody will act on them.
  •     Willingness to follow through. You get paid when the person you referred actually participates. That means checking in on them. If that sounds like too much, this program will disappoint you.

What you will earn

Referral type Qualifying condition Reward

Why you are paid for participation, not for sign-ups

It would be simpler to pay you the moment someone fills in a form. We chose not to.

A sign-up who never turns up is worth nothing — not to Kambria, and not to the person, who now has one more abandoned account. Paying for it would reward volume and punish care, and within a month the program would be full of people posting links at strangers.

So the condition is real participation. This has one consequence you should understand before you start: if the person you referred gets stuck, helping them through it is part of the referral. It is not an extra unpaid task — it is you protecting your own reward, and it is why ten people you actually know will out-earn ten thousand you do not.

Payment Methods

  •     In USDT. You will need a wallet address. We cannot pay you without one.
  •     Every two months. The long window is deliberate — it means a slow referral, someone who registers in week one and completes their second session in week six, still counts for you.
  •     A referral counts in the cycle where it qualifies, not when it was made. If your person has registered but not yet participated when a cycle closes, the referral rolls forward. It is not lost.

Recognition

Money is not the main reward for most Ambassadors, and we would rather say that honestly than pretend otherwise.

  •     Featured Creator of the Week. Kambria's weekly content calendar reserves most of its slots for Ambassador content. Being chosen means your piece, your name and your profile go out to Kambria's full audience.
  •     Stars of the Year. Outstanding Ambassadors are honoured in the OIN recognition section, permanently, alongside partners and the core team.

How to register

  1. Complete the Ambassador Spotlight Program Application Form (~10 minutes).
  2.  We review and confirm — usually within a few days. There is no scoring; we are checking that you are a real person with a real community.
  3. Receive your Ambassador Welcome & Guidelines email.

If your application is approved, you'll receive a welcome email containing your Ambassador ID (Community Partner Code), personalized UTM tracking links, Ambassador Dashboard, and all the resources you'll need for the current campaign.

  1. Review the Ambassador Materials in the email, especially:

Guidelines for Referral Registration & UTM – Learn how referrals are tracked, how Community Partner Codes and UTM links work, and how to ensure your referrals are successfully attributed to you.

Content Guidelines for Ambassadors – We'll provide content guidance and examples to help you create authentic posts in your own voice.

  1. Start sharing and earn rewards!

You're all set! Start introducing CED to your community using your personalized UTM links and keep track of your process through Ambassador Dashboard.

What we ask of you

  •     Be honest. Never invent a story, never claim an experience you did not have, never quote someone who did not say it. Your credibility is the only asset this program runs on — and it is yours, not ours.
  •     Never promise anyone an income. You may state published rates. You may not turn them into a forecast.
  •     Never present Kambria's programs as professional advice, or as an investment.
  •     Support the people you bring in.

4. Ambassador Transparency Dashboard

The Kambria Ambassador Transparency Dashboard provides a public, read-only view of Ambassador referral results and rewards under the Ambassador Spotlight Program.

The dashboard organizes results by month and shows each qualifying Ambassador’s masked email, name, number of qualified CED users, milestone bonus, total earned reward, payout date, and payment status. Rewards are calculated from users who reach qualified status during the selected month, helping ensure that referral performance and payouts are tracked consistently and transparently.

Ambassadors and community members can review the available monthly tabs without requesting edit access or changing any source data.
