Guidelines for Referral Registration & UTM

Estimated reading: 4 minutes 47 views

1. Purpose

To ensure every referral is accurately attributed to the correct Ambassador, all invitations to Kambria programs must be shared using your personalized UTM tracking links.

Each Ambassador receives a unique Community Partner Code (Ambassador ID) and a set of personalized UTM links. Personalized UTM links allow Kambria to identify where each referral comes from and automatically assign qualified referrals to your Ambassador Dashboard. Community Partner Code is also used during CED account creation to identify which Ambassador referred a participant. When a referred user enters your Community Partner Code, Kambria can accurately attribute that user to your Ambassador account for referral tracking and qualification.

2. Your Community Partner Code

Example:

Community Partner Code

amb-janejoe-01

This code is embedded in all of your personalized UTM tracking links. You do not need to edit or replace it.

3. Your Personalized UTM Links

You will receive three default UTM tracking links in your Ambassador Welcome & Guidelines email.

Each link is intended for a different sharing channel. Always choose the link that matches where you are sharing.

Channel When to use
LinkedIn Public posts on LinkedIn
Facebook Facebook posts or groups
Direct / Email Direct messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Discord, email, or any 1-on-1 conversation

4. How Referral Registration Works

Step 1 — Share your personalized UTM link

Whenever you invite someone to join Kambria, include the appropriate UTM tracking link.

Step 2 — Referred user registers

When someone opens your personalized link, the registration form automatically records your Ambassador ID. The referred participant does not need to manually enter your referral code.

Step 3 — User completes the qualification requirements

For the current CED campaign, a referral becomes a Qualified Referral only when the referred participant:

  • Registers through the CED App User Registration Form using your personalized UTM link. The information submitted through this registration form is the primary source Kambria uses to identify which Ambassador referred the participant.

After submitting the CED App User Registration Form, participants will receive onboarding emails, user guides, and step-by-step instructions to help them complete the onboarding process.

  • Follows the CED onboarding instructions provided by the Kambria Team, including creating a CED account and entering the assigned Community Partner Code during account setup.
  • Successfully completes two CED trial sessions.

Important: If the Community Partner Code entered during CED account creation is different from the referral information recorded in the CED User Registration Form, Kambria will prioritize the referral information captured through the CED User Registration Form (submitted via your personalized UTM link) when determining which Ambassador receives credit for the referral.

Simply registering through the CED User Registration Form does not qualify as a successful referral.

Step 4 — Referral appears on your Dashboard

Once the qualification requirements are met, the referral will automatically appear on your Ambassador Dashboard.

You can monitor:

  • Registered referrals
  • Qualification status
  • Number of qualified referrals
  • Overall Ambassador performance

Frequently Asked Questions

What if someone registers without my UTM link?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the referral will be attributed to your Ambassador account.

Can I use the same UTM link everywhere?

We recommend using the channel-specific link provided for each platform. This helps Kambria understand which outreach channels are performing best.

When is a referral considered successful?

A referral is considered Qualified only after the participant registered through your personalized UTM link, AND completed two CED trial sessions.

When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are processed according to the payment schedule outlined in the current Ambassador campaign documentation. Only qualified referrals are eligible for rewards.

If you experience any issues with your tracking links or believe a referral has not been recorded correctly, please contact the Kambria Team via email [email protected] for support.
