Capacity Exchange DAO (CED) is a global platform that enables people to exchange skills, knowledge, and experience across multiple domains through 1-1 connection sessions. 

Based on the TECD connection model, CED operates as a two-way platform where any user can be a Service Provider in one session and a Service User in another. 

CED adjusts session duration (20 - 80 minutes) based on the host’s expertise level - higher expertise requires shorter sessions, lower expertise requires longer sessions.

CED organizes all exchanges into diverse categories such as Personal Development; Educational & Academic Support; Business & Professional Connections; Creative Collaboration; Social & Cultural Exchange; Social Impact & Volunteering; Technology & Digital Literacy; Hobbies, Crafts & Culinary Arts; Mind Sports & Cognitive Development; and Psychology, Mental Health & Spiritual.

Key features for users in the 2026 version of CED

1. Flexible Session Durations: Choose the session length that suits your needs - 20, 40, 60, or 80 minutes. Each duration reflects the Guide’s expertise level, while session prices stay consistent. This approach keeps the system fair and encourages participation from both new learners and experienced professionals

2. Global access: CED connects users worldwide through an English interface. An integrated AI Assistant and English documentation help users from different regions communicate and collaborate easily making the platform truly global

3. Verified Expertise Levels

Every Guide is verified through uploaded certificates and admin approval. Guides are classified into four transparent levels based on their qualifications:

• Level 1: Short-term Certificate
• Level 2: Bachelor’s Degree
• Level 3: Master’s Degree
• Level 4: Doctorate or Equivalent Expertise

This process ensures reliability and builds trust in every connection session.

4. Session Discovery & Booking

Browse upcoming Connection Sessions across multiple domains. Each session includes detailed information about its topic, duration, and host profile. Users can easily register, leave a personal note or question, and receive confirmation before the session starts

5. Feedback & Session History

After each session, users can exchange feedback and view their session history. Ratings and reviews help recognize high-quality Guides while allowing everyone to track their personal growth and contributions over time.
