At CED (Capacity Exchange DAO), we believe meaningful learning grows through collaboration. CED connects people who want to learn with people who are ready to share their skills, knowledge, and experience through live, one-on-one conversations.

We partner with organizations, communities, and networks that share our commitment to making learning more accessible, human-centered, and community-driven. Together, we help more people discover new learning opportunities, contribute as Guides, learn as Explorers, and become part of a global community built on knowledge exchange.

Why Partner with CED?

Community organizations are trusted spaces where people learn, connect, and grow. By partnering with CED, you can introduce your members to a global learning ecosystem where they can:

• Learn directly from experienced Guides through personalized sessions.
• Share their own expertise and become verified Guides.
• Build communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Earn income by offering completed sessions as Guides during the CED pilot.
• Connect with learners and professionals from diverse backgrounds around the world.

As a pilot initiative, we are currently looking to work closely with a small number of partners. Rather than building a large network immediately, we want to collaborate deeply with organizations that are excited to shape the future of community-driven learning alongside us.

Two ways to partner

• Community Partner — introduces CED to its members through the channels it already uses, and helps them join as Explorers or Guides. No funding is involved.
• Theme Sponsor — funds a CED themed program: a focused series of sessions in one skill area, for a defined group of learners, who take part for free.

Some organizations start as one and later add the other.

Who Can Partner with CED?

We welcome organizations of all sizes that bring people together around learning, professional development, or community engagement, including:

• Universities and college student organizations
• Professional associations and industry networks
• NGOs, community centers, and grassroots initiatives
• Social impact and volunteer organizations
• Youth development programs
• Cultural and language communities
• Libraries and lifelong learning hubs
• Hobby and interest groups, including arts, crafts, chess, meditation, digital literacy, and more

Theme Sponsors are typically companies with CSR or ESG programs, foundations and NGOs, and Web3 treasuries, DAO platforms, and mission-aligned DAOs.

Becoming a Community Partner requires no technical integration, no participation fees, no software to install, and no complex onboarding — just a shared commitment to creating meaningful learning opportunities.
