To ensure high-quality learning experiences for Explorers, all Guides on the platform are required to meet specific qualification standards. The Guide role is categorized into four expertise levels based on academic background and professional certification.

Expertise Levels

  • Level 1 – Short-term Certifications
For Guides who have completed accredited short courses, workshops, or training programs relevant to their field.
  • Level 2 – Bachelor’s Degree (Undergraduate Level)
For Guides who hold a university-level degree in a related discipline.
  • Level 3 – Master’s Degree (Graduate Level)
For Guides with advanced academic training and specialized knowledge.
  • Level 4 – Doctoral Level (PhD or Equivalent)
For Guides with the highest academic expertise or equivalent research credentials.

Registration & Verification Process

To qualify as a Guide, users must complete two steps:

  • Self-Declaration & Document Upload
      • Users provide their academic background, area of expertise, and relevant certificates or degrees.
      • All documents should be clear, valid, and aligned with the session topics they wish to host.
  • Admin Review & Approval
    • The CED Admin team will verify the uploaded documents.
    • The process follows a protocol similar to identity verification to ensure authenticity and reliability.
    • Once approved, the user is officially recognized as a Guide and can begin hosting sessions.

Why This Matters

These Expertise Levels help:
