[App] How to use Gift Code

Through this instruction, the User can know how to use Gift Code within two cases: 

1. When the User has already had an account 
2. When the User is registering a new account

When the User has already had an account 

You will receive an email containing your gift code

You can open the CED App → on the “Home” screen, look for the banner announcing the gifted package. 

Tap “Claim now” to start your experience.

Enter the gift code from your email into the “Change Gift Code” field → select “Redeem Gift Code”

The App will display “Gift Code redeemed successfully”.

You will then receive a confirmation email with details of the subscription package after successful redemption 

When the User is registering a new account 

Open the CED application on your phone and click “Start Now” to register for an account.

Enter your email in the display box.

Select one option between “Guider” and “Explorer”

Fill in your personal information and scroll down to the bottom to see the gift code section.

Copy the gift code from the email sent earlier and paste it into the gift code section.

If you enter it incorrectly, the system will display the following message

If you enter it correctly, the system will proceed to the verification step

In the authentication step, open the email to see the authentication code sent to your mailbox and fill it in the blank box before the countdown ends.

After successful authentication, the system records the gift registration package corresponding to the information received in the email. You can click to see the details of the gift package.
