Preparing Before the Session Begins

At least 5 minutes before the Session starts, please prepare your Internet connection and set up your devices to ensure the Session runs smoothly.

Use a Fast and Stable Internet Connection

To ensure good video call quality, a fast and stable Internet connection is required. CED recommends using WiFi, as it is usually faster and more stable than 4G mobile data. Additionally, video calls can consume a lot of 4G data.

Setting Up Devices Before Joining the Practical Session

In CED Sessions, Explorers and Guides will not only chat but also experience a Subject together, such as creating a recycled craft.

For experience-based Sessions, CED supports Explorers in using two devices:

• One is your smartphone for recording your actions, and
  
• The other is a laptop or tablet to observe the Guide' actions and sharing.

Session Starts

Join the Session on the First Device (App – Smartphone)

• After successfully registering for the Session, when it’s time to start, please go to the “My sessions” section and select the Session you want to join.
  
• After selecting the desired Session, please press the “Bắt đầu phiên” (Start Session) button to begin your Session.
  

Screen Annotations in the Session

• If you can't hear the sound from the Guides or the volume is low, it could be because the external speaker is turned off. Please press the “Bật loa ngoài” (Turn on speaker) button.
  
• You can select the screen you want to enlarge from the small frame showing the participants in the Session.
  
• You can communicate with the Guides in the message box.
  

Join the Session on the Second Device (Web – Laptop)

For practical Sessions using two devices, you will continue to join the Session on your second device, which is a laptop or tablet. The steps on a tablet are similar to those on the phone mentioned earlier. This section guides you on how to join the Session on a laptop.

• Please visit and log in to your account with the registered email at https://staging-ced.kambria.io/, select the Session you want to join, and click "Start Session" on the Web. You will then join the Session to interact with the Guides.

Note

• On the Web, you can click "Start Session" up to 30 minutes before it begins, so you will have time to prepare with AI guidance.
  
• If the "Start session" button hasn’t turned green (not yet activated), you can refresh the page.
