DEP Kick-off Event – Sep 12, 2025

We’re excited to invite you to the Kickoff Event of the DAO Experimentation Program (DEP) - a global initiative by Kambria that empowers changemakers, creatives, and community builders to co-create social impact using decentralized collaboration models.

About the Event

This Kickoff Event marks the beginning of the Execution Phase, where DAO teams begin submitting proposals, taking action, and collectively learning through experimentation.

Whether you're leading a project, facilitating a DAO, or contributing as a member, this Event is your chance to get oriented, inspired, and connected.

• Time: 2:00 PM - 4:45 PM (UTC+7)
• Format: Online (via Zoom)
• Language: English
• Who should join: All confirmed DEP participants and Facilitators

How to Join

Participation is free, but registration is required to receive updates, preparation materials, and grant funding.
To get fully onboarded and ready for the DAO Experimentation Program, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Create your MetaMask wallet (Required)

If you don’t have one yet, set it up using this guide: https://kambria.io/docs/dep/onboarding-hub-participants-only/metamask-setup-guide/ 
You’ll need a MetaMask wallet to:

• Receive funds if your proposal is approved

• Interact with the DAO platform (XDAO)

• Receive KAT as contribution rewards (where applicable)

Step 2: Complete the Onboarding & Kickoff Event Registration Form (Required)

Use this form to:

• Provide your MetaMask wallet address for grant funding and program activities

• Share any questions you’d like addressed in the Kickoff Event

• Confirm whether you will join the Kickoff Event or not

📌 Completing this form before 31 August 2025 is mandatory even if you cannot attend the Kickoff Event.

Step 3: Create your Intro Card on your DAO Padlet Board (Required)

Introduce yourself to your DAO peers by creating your Intro Card here:

Note: At the end of the program, all Intro Cards will be compiled into the DEP Directory for archival purposes.

Step 4: Join the Kickoff Event (Optional but strongly encouraged)

• Date: Friday, 12 September 2025

• Time: 2:00 PM – 4:45 PM (UTC+7)

• Format: Online via Zoom
  This session will help you understand how the program works, get familiar with tools like the Onboarding Hub, XDAO, and Discord, and connect with fellow DAO members to start collaborating.

After completing the steps above, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and preparation materials.
