With this template, every proposer is guided to:

• Align with Proposal Qualification Checklist
• Situate their plan in the group-based DAO structure.
• Show local & remote member roles as group members are decentralized.
• Align with the DEP program timeline.
• Present a clear budget table.

Create a proposal by adding a new Google docs in DAO Drive Folder -> DAO Working Files (Editable) -> Draft Proposals

1. DAO Alignment

• Goal: What you want to do and why.
• Relevance to DAO Mission: How this contributes to your DAO group’s target and the collective DAO goal.
• Tone & Spirit: How this reflects DAO values (trust, openness, collaboration).

2. DAO Member Involvement

• Local Members: Who will execute activities in-person.
• Remote Members: Who will contribute through content design, mentoring, or reflection.
• Collaboration Plan: How all group members will be engaged (facilitation, content, documentation, reflection).

3. Feasible & Responsible Plan (aligned with DEP Timeline)

• Oct 10: Submit proposal via XDAO.
• Oct 11–24: Proposal qualification and DAO voting.
• Oct 25: Proposal approval → 60% funds released.
• Oct 26 – Nov 30 (Execution Phase):
  • Week-by-week plan of execution steps (local + remote contributions).
• Dec 1: Submit Proposal Summary Report (results, budget, receipts).
• Dec 5: Receive remaining 40% funds after verification.

4. Budget Requested

5. Measurable Outcomes
