Estimated reading: 2 minutes 4 views

Purpose

Capture and highlight the most impactful, creative, and inspiring proposals from the DAO Experimentation Program.

These stories will be showcased to the broader community, partners, and public after the program.

How to Nominate Proposals

  • DAO Facilitators and Core Team members can nominate proposals from their DAO
  • Participants can also suggest nominations through Discord or Reflection DAO activities

Suggested Nomination Criteria

Criteria Examples
High Impact Measurable outcomes (e.g., number of trees planted, meals delivered)
Creativity New or unique ideas that energized the community
Execution Excellence Successfully carried out, good teamwork, adaptability
Emotional Resonance Strong community engagement, emotional connections
Learning Value Important lessons learned, even if partially failed

✅ Proposals that reflect community spirit and decentralized leadership are highly valued.

Process

Step Action
1 DAO Facilitators review all proposals submitted during execution months
2 Discuss nominations with DAO members during Sync Check-ins or Reflection DAO sessions
3 Fill in one row per selected proposal in the DAO Proposal Showcase Sheet
4 Optionally, invite the proposers to contribute a short reflection or quote
5 Final curation reviewed by Kambria Core Team for public release

Reminder

  • It’s OK to showcase proposals even if execution was partial — authentic DAO learning is valuable too!
  • We celebrate experimentation, heart, and collaboration — not just "perfect results."
