Photo Gallery Drive Folder

Purpose

The Photo Gallery is a shared drive to collect visual memories from the program:

• Event photos (e.g., tree planting, meal deliveries, connection sessions)
• Behind-the-scenes shots
• Screenshots from online sessions
• Visual highlights of teamwork and impact

It serves as both an internal archive and a future source for public storytelling, social media, and final program showcases.

How It’s Updated

• DAO members and facilitators are invited to upload selected photos into the correct subfolder for their DAO:
  • Grow Together DAO Photos
  • Nourish DAO Photos
  • Connect DAO Photos
  • Reflection DAO Visuals
• Please upload only quality, meaningful images with brief filenames or descriptions if possible.
• DAO Facilitators review new uploads monthly to organize and curate for program highlights.

Reflection DAO Stories Archive

Purpose

The Reflection DAO Stories Archive gathers personal stories, reflections, audio messages, drawings, and creative expressions submitted by participants across all DAOs.

This archive captures the emotional and human side of decentralized collaboration — the feelings, lessons, and transformations behind the actions.

Selected stories will contribute to:

• The DAO Community Zine
• Final Showcase materials
• Future DAO storytelling initiatives

How It’s Updated

• Participants are invited to submit their reflections through the DAO Story Capture Template and the linked Story Submission Form.
• Submissions are organized into:
  • Text Stories
  • Video/Audio Stories
  • Creative Works (e.g., drawings, poems)

Reflection DAO Leads will periodically review new stories, curate highlights, and coordinate publishing milestones.

DAO Proposal Showcase Sheet

Purpose

The DAO Proposal Showcase Sheet highlights the most inspiring, creative, and impactful proposals submitted during the DAO Experimentation Program.

This sheet helps:

• Celebrate decentralized decision-making and initiative
• Inspire future DAO builders
• Provide real-world examples of community governance and action

How It’s Updated

• DAO Facilitators nominate and fill in outstanding proposals from their DAOs using the template.
• Reflection DAO Leads may suggest accompanying participant reflections.
• Kambria Core Team reviews, curates, and finalizes selections for external showcases.
