This timeline maps out the key DEP activities and how each type of partner can contribute at each stage of the program.

Partner Types:

Outreach Partner (OP) - amplifies recruitment and awareness.
Local Delivery Partner (LDP) - supports on-the-ground DAO activity.
Knowledge Partner (KP) - co-reflects and produces insights from the program.
DAO Ecosystem Partner (DEPx) - connects DAOs to the wider Web3/DAO landscape.

How to Use This Timeline

Partners are not required to join all activities in the timeline - even those listed for their partner type.
- Minimum recommended: Join at least one activity per program phase that is relevant to your partner type.
Kambria will provide phase updates via email or the Partner Discord channel with the plan for partner activities in the following phase.
- Partners will then confirm which activities they will join, based on their availability and resources.
This timeline will be updated in the DEP Docs with confirmed event dates and partner-specific instructions.
Roles are flexible - a partner may cover multiple types depending on their capacity.
