DEP Execution Sync Meeting

Kambria successfully hosted the DEP Execution Sync Meeting on November 28th, 2025 – a gathering designed to ignite collective momentum across the entire program. We began by looking back at what each DAO had accomplished and learned so far, creating a shared sense of progress and reflection. From there, the space opened naturally for cross-pollination: DAOs exchanged ideas, shared coordination practices, and offered support and encouragement that reminded us why decentralized collaboration matters. We closed by identifying key challenges and collective opportunities – signals that our next breakthroughs will come from moving forward together.

The Meeting also highlighted several core moments: meaningful DAO updates, insightful reflections from teams in the Execution Phase, an open mic filled with stories and shoutouts, partner sharing, and a preview of upcoming milestones. Each segment showed not just the work being done, but the heart behind it.

To all our Members – thank you for showing up with such intention and spirit. Your engagement, your voices, and the way you leaned in at every point of the conversation turned this Sync Meeting into something truly energizing. Your dedication is what keeps this program moving with purpose. We’re excited to carry this momentum into the next phases and continue building meaningful impact, side by side.
