2. DAO Member Involvement

• Decentralized Participation: Group C members are based in India, Vietnam, Kenya, and the Philippines. 
  • Local members in Bangalore (India): Facilitate 40 sessions with older adults at care centers and community clubs. 
  • Remote members: 
    • Provide culturally relevant music/game content. 
    • Create materials (photo cards, lyric sheets). 
    • Review documentation and share comparative reflections. 
• Collaboration Plan: 
  • Roles: facilitators, documentation team, content support. 
  • Remote members enrich sessions with international perspectives.

3. Feasible & Responsible Plan (aligned with DEP Timeline)

• Oct 10: Submit proposal via XDAO. 
• Oct 11–24: Proposal qualification & DAO voting. 
• Oct 25: Approval → 60% funds released. 
• Oct 26 – Nov 30 (Execution Phase): 
  • Invite 3–6 older adults per session from local centers. 
  • Run 40 sessions (20 memory games, 20 music-based). 
  • Themes: 
    • Memory Games: matching, puzzles, photo cards with captions/stories. 
    • Music Sessions: sing-alongs, karaoke, music video creation for joyful recall. 
  • Document each session with recap notes, photos, and recordings (with consent). 
• Dec 1: Submit Proposal Summary Report. 
• Dec 5: Receive final 40% payment after verification.

• Total Budget: $240 (within Group C’s $1,000 allocation)
