3. Review & Communication Process

  • Phase Check-ins

Kambria will monitor Ambassador activity during each program phase. Ambassadors are expected to submit links or screenshots of posts via the Follow-up Form

  • Reminder Support

Kambria will send reminders through Email or Discord Channels during each phase to help Ambassadors stay aligned with commitments.

  • Final Review

If no improvement is demonstrated, Kambria may:

  • Place the Ambassador role on hold
  • Conclude the Ambassador’s participation

4. Effects of Termination

If an Ambassador role is concluded:

  • Their name, bio, and DAO affiliation will be removed from the DEP Ambassador listing.
  • Kambria will discontinue public recognition or promotion of their contributions
  • They will lose access to any Ambassador-only updates or channels

5. Reinstatement

Ambassadors who have addressed the reasons for termination may request reinstatement in future cohorts. Decisions will be based on program needs and past contribution history.

6. Respect & Professionalism

All communications and actions under this policy will be conducted with respect. The aim is always alignment and improvement first – termination is only a last resort when continued collaboration is no longer beneficial.
