In the DAO Experimentation Program, participants will co-create real-world impact through four decentralized micro-projects, each with a clear goal, a $3,000 budget (except Reflection DAO), and a collective of 50 contributors.

Each DAO is mission-driven, time-bound, and built to explore how decentralized communities can deliver value with purpose, clarity, and care.

Grow Together DAO

Mission: Plant 1,000 trees across various communities using local partnerships and DAO-driven coordination.

  • Plant and document each tree with simple reporting
  • Share environmental impact and community engagement stories

Nourish DAO

Mission: Cook and distribute 1,000 meals to people in need, through local kitchens or decentralized meal drives.

Activities:

  • Design meal drives based on regional needs
  • Propose fund use for ingredients, logistics, and packaging
  • Coordinate local volunteer efforts
  • Share visuals and stories of nourishment in action

Connect DAO

Mission: Deliver 1,000 meaningful TECD sessions to seniors — conversations, learning, and play guided by youth.

Activities:

  • Host TECD calls with seniors (online)
  • Propose ideas for outreach, matching, or tech support
  • Reflect on impact per session and log data
  • Amplify intergenerational stories and joy

Reflection DAO

Mission: Support and curate personal reflections, emotional journeys, and collective wisdom from all DAO participants. Reflection DAO serves as a cross-DAO storytelling and meaning-making collective — not the sole space for reflection, but the team that holds it with care.

Activities

  • Invite and encourage story sharing from all DAO members
  • Host reflection prompts, conversations, and story circles
  • Curate and edit submissions (written, audio, video, visual)
  • Facilitate voting and reward distribution using KAT
  • Publish a community zine, story archive, or final showcase
