DAO Workflow

  • Proposal Submission: Members propose TECD initiatives with session targets, duration, structure, and purpose. Proposals may include focus themes such as games, digital literacy, or well-being.
  • Voting: DAO members vote on proposals to allocate session rewards, mentorship, or funding for facilitation tools.
  • Execution: Facilitators schedule and conduct TECD sessions using Zoom or other platforms, ensuring sessions are engaging and aligned with proposed goals.
  • Documentation: Each session is documented with date, summary, participant feedback, and any key learnings. Reports may include screenshots or short quotes with consent.
  • Reflection and Reward: Reflections are encouraged and shared within the DAO. Participants earn KAT based on value-added contributions, not just volume.
