What is a DEP Ambassador?

DEP Ambassadors are passionate individuals who help amplify the DAO Experimentation Program (DEP) by sharing its activities, stories, and impact with their networks.

Ambassadors can come from two groups:

1. DAO Participants (internal perspective): Active DEP members who share authentic stories from inside their DAO.
2. Non-participant supporters (external perspective): Individuals from outside the DEP who want to raise awareness more broadly.

You may be:

• A student leader or community builder who wants to inspire peers.
• A DAO participant who shares your DAO’s activities and milestones.
• A changemaker who helps connect DEP with broader communities.

What Do DEP Ambassadors Do?

• DAO Participant Ambassadors: Share updates from your DAO (progress, milestones, participant experiences).
• Non-Participant Ambassadors: Share Kambria’s official posts, highlight DEP milestones, amplify stories globally.
• All Ambassadors:
  • Introduce DEP to your communities.
  • Share updates using provided visuals and caption templates.
  • Help promote DAO events or milestones.
  • Submit links/screenshots of sharings via the Ambassador Follow-up Form.

Recognitions and Benefits

As a thank you for your support, DEP Ambassadors will receive:

• A feature on Kambria’s social media as a DEP Ambassador
• Listing on the DEP Ambassador page on Kambria’s site
• A Certificate of Recognition at the end of the program (can be used for student activities, CVs, etc.)
• Priority consideration for future Kambria initiatives, internships, or special events

How to Become a DEP Ambassador?

1. Submit the DEP Ambassador Application Form
Let us know your background and how you’d like to contribute via the DEP Ambassador Application Form below or via this link https://forms.gle/Yh8z8BtkunD2p6tr6.

2. Confirmation by Kambria 

• If your application aligns with the program’s values, you will receive an official confirmation email from Kambria.
• You will be featured on the DEP Ambassador page and Kambria’s social media as DEP Ambassador.

3. Take Action

• Follow the Ambassador Collaboration Timeline to stay aligned with program milestones.
• Review Ambassador guidelines and media kit provided by Kambria.
• Share DAO and DEP updates using provided visuals and caption templates.
• Send links or screenshots of your sharings via the DEP Ambassador Follow-up Form below or via this link https://forms.gle/7zrva84S2xPnRJwM6.

4. Recognition 

• Kambria will feature impactful contributions. 
• At the end of the program, you will receive a Thank You Letter and a Certificate of Recognition.

Ambassador Termination

Kambria reserves the right to discontinue an individual’s DEP Ambassador role in the following cases:

• Inactivity: No sharing activity for two consecutive months without prior notice or agreement.
• Misalignment: Sharing content that misrepresents DEP or Kambria’s mission, or causes confusion about the program’s ownership or goals.
• Non-compliance: Consistent failure to follow provided guidelines, media kit usage, or the agreed collaboration timeline.
• Misconduct: Any actions that may harm the integrity or reputation of DEP, Kambria, or the DAO community.

Effects of Termination:

• The Ambassador will be removed from the DEP Ambassador listing and related communications.
• Kambria will discontinue public recognition or promotion of the Ambassador’s activities.

DEP Ambassador Listing

All confirmed DEP Ambassadors will be listed on this page with:

• Name (or preferred display name)
• Affiliation (DAO, org, or “Independent Supporter”)
• Brief Bio (max 50 words)
• Social Media or Website Link (optional)

This public listing recognizes your contribution and allows others to connect with you.
