New Ambassador Tracking Procedure from Execution Phase (Please read carefully‼️)

To ensure fairness, transparency, and automated tracking during Phase 4, the Ambassador workflow is now fully supported by our New Submission & Review System.

Step 1 — Submit each sharing via the Ambassador Follow-up Form

Each time you complete a post, please fill out this form. This step is mandatory for your submission to be reviewed and counted.

The form has been upgraded to lessen the filling effort with 5 multiple-choice questions and only 1 input question. This should only take you a couple of minutes to complete!

Step 2 — Your submission will be reviewed within 2 working days

A Reviewer will check your entry based on:

• Relevance
• Accuracy
• Proper tagging
• Alignment with the Promotion Guideline

You will receive an automatic email from the system with either:

• Approved → Your activity is counted toward your score, OR
• Rejected → You will receive instructions on how to fix and resubmit.

Step 3 — The Active Score will update automatically

Every approved submission contributes to your Active Score [Link], visible on the public dashboard.

This helps you:

• Track your standing
• Stay motivated
• See the contribution of fellow ambassadors
  

Step 4 — Weekly Automated Reminders

Each Monday, the system sends:

• A report of ambassadors with 0 Active Score
• A friendly reminder (sent individually) to complete at least 1 assignment to avoid inactivity or membership termination.
