Track DAO-level governance activity including:

Proposal submissions and outcomes
Payment progress
Membership changes (add/remove)
Status of proposal reports and qualification for final payments

This ensures transparency and easy cross-referencing between proposals, reports, and fund disbursement.

Template Structure

Column Name	Description
Voting Title	Clear, structured title (see format guide below)
Voting Type	Proposal / Payment 1 – 60% / Payment 2 – 40% / Add Member / Remove Member
Created By	Name or wallet of the proposer
Created Date	Date proposal or vote was created
Voting Deadline	Formula auto-calculates: 7 days for “Proposal”, 3 days for others
Voting Link	Direct link to the XDAO proposal page
Status	In Voting / Voting Closed – Pass / Voting Closed – Not Pass / Activated / Expired
Corresponding Proposal Link	For payment votes, link back to original proposal
Proposal Report Link	Link to report submission (from Report Form)
Proposal Report Qualified?	Yes / No — entered manually after facilitator review
Payment Tx Link	For approved payment votes, link to transaction on-chain
Notes	Any extra context (e.g. delays, skipped second payment, etc.)
