Welcome to the DAO Story Capture Template!

This guide invites you to reflect on your journey with your DAO — the moments, lessons, emotions, and connections that shaped your experience.
Your stories will contribute to the collective memory of the DAO Experimentation Program.

There’s no one “right” way to tell your story. Choose the format that feels best for you.

Text Story Prompts

(You can respond to as many prompts as you like.)

• Where did your DAO journey begin?
  (Why did you join? What were you hoping for?)

• A moment that surprised or moved you:
  (Did something happen that you didn’t expect? Did you connect with someone unexpectedly?)

• A challenge you faced (and how you grew from it):
  (Was there a hard moment? How did you move through it?)

• A memory that you’ll carry with you:
  (A conversation, a feeling, a breakthrough?)

• If you could give one wish for the future of decentralized communities, what would it be?

Video / Audio Story Prompts

Prefer speaking instead of writing?
Record a short 1–3 minute clip answering one or more of these prompts:

• “My DAO journey taught me…”
• “The moment I realized I was part of something bigger was…”
• “A time my DAO team made me proud was when…”
• “One emotion I associate with this experience is…”

(Natural, unedited recordings are welcome!)

Creative Submissions

You can also submit:

• Drawings
• Photo collages
• Short poems or song lyrics
• A single sentence that captures your DAO story
