Welcome to the DAO Experimentation Program! This 6-month journey is designed to guide you through the real-world application of decentralized coordination and community-powered impact.

Below is the timeline that outlines each phase of the program — what happens when, what to expect, and how you can best contribute at every step.

Phase 1: Preparation

May 2025

Goals: Finalize DAO project designs, tools, onboarding plans

🔹 Finalize 6 DAO missions, goals, and budgets
🔹 Set up DAO workspaces and proposal templates
🔹 Publish recruitment content and application forms
🔹 Prepare onboarding tools (wallet guide, DAO playbook)
🔹 Open public documentation (this site!)

Phase 2: Recruitment & Selection

June 2025

Goals: Find the right changemakers to join the DAO collectives

🔹 Public call for participants (50 people per DAO)
🔹 Info sessions and AMA events
🔹 Application review and community outreach
🔹 Send acceptance + welcome packs to selected DAO members

Phase 3: Onboarding & DAO Setup

July 2025

Goals: Prepare all DAO members to co-create effectively

🔹 Wallet setup and DAO tool walkthrough
🔹 Assign roles (Proposer, Executor, Storyteller, etc.)
🔹 Run onboarding proposals and test voting flows
🔹 Form DAO communication groups (Discord/Telegram)
🔹 Align on shared mission and values

Phase 4: DAO Execution – Round 1

August 2025

Goals: Start real-world implementation of each DAO’s mission

🔹 DAO proposals submitted and voted
🔹 Fund disbursements for approved activities
🔹 Tree planting, meal cooking, connection sessions begin
🔹 Weekly syncs and DAO updates
🔹 Stories and photos start flowing into public showcase

Phase 5: DAO Execution – Round 2 + Reflection

September 2025

Goals: Deepen the impact and capture learnings

🔹 DAO cross-collaboration experiments
🔹 Reflection DAO opens for story-sharing
🔹 DAO-wide review of accomplishments and lessons
🔹 Community voting on most inspiring stories or outcomes

Phase 6: Showcase & Next Steps

October 2025

Goals: Celebrate, share, and look ahead

🔹 Public impact reports and case studies
🔹 KAT rewards and recognition shared
🔹 Reflections on what’s next: DAO graduation or scale-up
