With this template, every proposer is guided to:

  • Align with Proposal Qualification Checklist
  • Situate their plan in the group-based DAO structure.
  • Show local & remote member roles as group members are decentralized.
  • Align with the DEP program timeline.
  • Present a clear budget table.

Create a proposal by adding a new Google docs in DAO Drive Folder -> DAO Working Files (Editable) -> Draft Proposals

  • Oct 25: Approval → 70% funds released. 

Phase 3: Execution (Oct 26 – Nov 30)

  • Weekly/step-by-step plan (list what will be done each week). 
  • Documentation requirements (photos, notes, reports). 

Phase 4: Reporting (Dec 1 – Dec 5)

  • Dec 1: Submit Proposal Summary Report. 
  • Dec 5: Final 30% funds released after verification.
