1. DAO Alignment

  • Goal: Deliver 150 one-to-one online sessions on the TECD platform (https://kambria.io/docs/tecd-en/overview-of-tecd/), focusing on memory games and music to strengthen memory, stimulate creativity, and bring joy to seniors.
  • Relevance: This proposal fulfills Group C’s full goal (150 sessions with ≥45 Seniors & ≥20 SeniorBuddies) and contributes to Connect DAO’s collective target.
  • Tone & Spirit: Builds trust, joy, and meaningful conversations through playful, music-based, and memory-strengthening activities.

 

2. DAO Member Involvement

Decentralized Participation: Group members are spread across India, Vietnam, Kenya, and the Philippines.

3. Feasible & Responsible Plan (Aligned with DEP Timeline)

Ongoing tasks: Sep 22 - Dec 1

  • Contact senior clubs, care facilities, and personal networks to invite ≥45 Seniors.
  • Contact suppliers for quotations and USDT acceptance. 
  • Recruit ≥20 SeniorBuddies to join the TECD solution.

Phase 1: Research & Planning (Sep 22 – Oct 9)

  • Sep 22–25: 
    • Explore TECD solution: create and verify SeniorBuddy accounts (as volunteers).
  • Sep 26: Share updates with DAO Facilitators.
  • Sep 27 - Oct 5: 
    • Explore TECD solution: Prepare sample session topics for memory games (e.g., photo-match, number recall) and music sessions (sing-along, lyric-fill).
    • Create and test onboarding materials (consent form, materials for session).
  • Oct 6: Share draft proposal with preliminary cost breakdown with DAO Facilitators.
  • Oct 9: Internal DAO final review & readiness for submission.

Phase 2: Proposal Submission & Review (Oct 10 – Oct 25)

  • Oct 10: Submit proposal on XDAO.
  • Oct 11–24:
    • Continue on-going tasks
    • Obtain permission from at least 1 senior club/care facility/personal network
    • Oct 20-24: Voting
  • Oct 25: Approval → release of 70% funds.

Phase 3: Execution & Reflection (Oct 26 – Dec 5)

  • Oct 26 – Nov 30 Execution:
    • Total: 150 TECD sessions delivered. At least 45 unique Seniors and 20 unique SeniorBuddies engaged.
    • Each session: 1 SeniorBuddy hosts 1 Senior (45 minutes) → activity + recap.
    • Activities include memory games (matching, puzzles, storytelling from images) and music (karaoke, sing-along, playlist sharing).
    • All sessions logged in TECD with recap notes, photos/screenshots (with consent).
  • Dec 1: Submit Proposal Summary Report.
  • Dec 5: Verification complete → release of final 30% funds.

  • Senior clubs, care facilities, NGOs for Senior recruitment.
  • University volunteers as SeniorBuddies.
