1. DAO Alignment

• Goal: Organize a workshop and community planting day where DAO members and volunteers plant 120 trees in Hanoi.

• Relevance to DAO Mission: Directly contributes toward Group A’s target of 334 trees, supporting Grow Together DAO’s collective goal of 1,000 trees.

• Tone & Spirit: Encourages teamwork, ecological responsibility, and intergenerational involvement.

2. DAO Member Involvement

• Decentralized Participation: Group A has 10 members across Vietnam, Philippines, India, and Kenya.
  • Local members in Hanoi (Vietnam): Lead on-site execution (planting, logistics, documentation).

  • Remote members from other countries:
    • Join proposal drafting and planning calls via Discord.

    • Help design promotional materials and social media outreach.

    • Share regional knowledge of tree planting practices.

    • Contribute reflections and vote on proposals asynchronously.

• Collaboration Plan:
  • Group A lead coordinates weekly check-ins on Discord.

  • Tasks divided to ensure both local and remote members have meaningful roles.

  • Other DAO groups are invited to join the planting day or share reflections.

• Oct 26 – Nov 30 (Execution Phase):
  • Week 1: Remote + local members finalize logistics, seedlings, and promotion.

  • Week 2: Run an online skill-sharing session on tree planting.

  • Week 3–4: Tree Planting Workshop and Action Day in Hanoi (local execution, livestream for remote members).

  • Week 5: Reflection circle on Discord; compile photos, receipts, and outcomes.

• Dec 5: Receive second 40% payment after report verification.
