2. DAO Member Involvement

    • Local members in Quezon City (Philippines): Handle cooking, packaging, and distribution of meals.

    • Remote members from other countries:

      • Assist with nutrition planning and recipe sharing.

      • Design digital flyers and captions for promotion.

      • Share similar community feeding experiences in their countries for DAO learning.

  • Collaboration Plan:

    • Weekly cross-country syncs on Discord.

    • Tasks split between local execution (Philippines) and remote support (design, reflection, knowledge-sharing).

    • Other DAO groups are welcome to join remotely to observe and reflect.

 

3. Feasible & Responsible Plan (aligned with DEP Timeline)

  • Oct 10: Submit proposal via XDAO.

  • Oct 11–24: Proposal qualification & DAO member voting.

  • Oct 25: Proposal approved → first 60% payment received.

  • Oct 26 – Nov 30 (Execution Phase):

    • Week 1: Finalize menu and confirm suppliers in Quezon City.

    • Week 2: Test cooking session with input from remote members.

    • Week 3: Community Meal Service Day → distribute 120 meals to elderly and low-income families in Barangay Payatas.

    • Week 4: Reflection session on Discord; compile stories and photos.

  • Dec 1: Submit Proposal Summary Report (number of meals, receipts, photos).

  • Dec 5: Receive final 40% payment after verification.
