  • Recruit volunteers; prepare awareness poster.

Phase 2: Proposal Submission & Review (Oct 10 – Oct 25)

  • Oct 10: Submit proposal via XDAO.
  • Oct 11–24: Qualification & DAO voting.
  • Oct 25: Approval → $700 (70%) released.

Phase 3: Execution (Oct 26 – Nov 30)

  • Week 1: Purchase ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
  • Week 2: Meal Service Day 1 – cook & distribute ~120 meals.
  • Week 3: Meal Service Day 2 – cook & distribute ~100 meals.
  • Week 4: Meal Service Day 3 – cook & distribute ~114 meals.
  • Documentation: photos, receipts, beneficiary feedback recorded.
  • Weekly retro with DAO members (Discord).

Phase 4: Reporting (Dec 1 – Dec 5)

  • Dec 1: Submit Proposal Summary Report (meals delivered, reflections, budget).
