As the DEP program transitions from the Onboarding Phase into the Execution Phase, DAO Members are stepping into a new chapter of collaboration, creativity, and impact.   • Preliminary qualification of proposals was completed, with votes tracked in each DAO’s Voting Tracking Sheet.
  • The first payment will be processed for approved proposals, with all transactions transparent and traceable on-chain.

Feedback from 25 DAO Members, representing all DAOs within DEP, reflected high satisfaction with onboarding clarity, helpful materials, and overall support. Members valued fairness, transparency, and meaningful opportunities to contribute, laying a foundation for democratic and collaborative execution.

  • Facilitators will conduct 1-1 check-ins to boost engagement before the next phase.
  • Groups will refine proposals for shared ownership and accountability.
  • All DAO-specific links, tracking sheets, and XDAO spaces remain accessible via DEP Docs.
