This Privacy Notice explains how your data is handled when you participate in the DAO Experimentation Program (DEP).

What Information We Collect

During DEP, we may collect:

• Application information: name, email, social media / LinkedIn, background, DAO preferences.
• Program activity data: proposals, votes, reports, reflections, task deliverables and their evidence, and session logs.
• Wallet addresses: to support voting, contributor payments, and on-chain recognition.
• Optional content: photos, quotes, or stories you choose to share for program highlights.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

• Run the DEP program smoothly (onboarding, coordination, DAO activities).
• Communicate with you about updates and opportunities.
• Verify contributions, track participation, and pay contributors.
• Produce anonymous or aggregated reports on DEP's impact.
• Share stories or highlights (with your consent, where beyond program scope).

Who Has Access

• Kambria's program team.
• DAO Facilitators and co-organizers (limited to relevant program data).
• Service providers (e.g., cloud storage, communication platforms).
• No data is sold to third parties.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access and correct your personal data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for optional uses.
• Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.

Security & Retention

• Data is stored securely and only for as long as needed for DEP or to meet legal obligations.
• DAO activity data (e.g., proposals, reflections) may be archived in anonymized form for learning and research.

Partners and contributors

If you contact us about partnering with or funding a DEP DAO (for example through the DAO Partnership Interest form), we collect your contact and organisation details and your answers. We use them to reply and manage the partnership, and share them only with the Kambria team and the DAO team handling it. Contributions are recorded on-chain and cannot be changed or deleted.
