Qualifying Reports: Proposal QA

Estimated reading: 1 minute 4 views

At the end of a cycle a DAO's report is evaluated on the Proposal QA tab — a scored checklist adapted from DEP 1. It has two halves: a qualitative score out of 30 (basic information, execution, budget, outcomes, reflections, overall quality) and a quantitative score out of 60 (goal achievement and team engagement). Together they give a performance score out of 90, which suggests a tier — Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, or Needs Improvement — and a final decision on whether the report is ready for XDAO submission.

You type only the blue Score cells; the subtotals, total, and tier compute themselves.
