Onboarding Hub (Participants Only)

Welcome to the DAO Experimentation Program — DEP 3.

You've been selected to help run a real DAO. This hub is your starting point: everything you need to set up your tools, get oriented, find your place, and start collaborating with your DAO.

1. Your Checklist

✅ Join Kambria Discord (DEP 3 category)

✅ Set up your MetaMask wallet

✅ Join your DAO's space on XDAO

✅ Access your DAO's shared Drive folder

✅ Explore your DAO's mission and Master Plan draft (see 3. Learn About Your DAO)

✅ Find your place — start in a lane, or as a floating contributor

✅ Introduce yourself in your DAO's Discord channel

✅ Join the Kickoff (the first All-DAOs Sync), or watch the recap

✅ Start thinking about your first task or proposal

2. Get Started with Tools

Set up MetaMask — see the MetaMask Setup Guide.

Join your DAO on XDAO — see the XDAO Quick Start Guide.

Access your shared Drive — your DAO's Drive folder holds the DAO Workbook (trackers), the templates, and the DAO library. Per-DAO links are in section 3.

3. Learn About Your DAO

Each DAO has a page explaining its mission, goals, and how it works:

• Capacity Exchange DAO (CED)
• Participant-proposed DAO pages are added once the projects are selected.

Your DAO’s main links

The main links you'll need are below. Everything else — your Create Proposal page, governance token address, voting sheet, Padlet, and other working links — is pinned in your DAO's Discord channel. You'll receive access to your DAO spaces as part of onboarding.

4. Find Your Place

Work in a DAO is organised into lanes — streams of work each held by a pair. You can co-own a lane in a pair, or take part as a floating contributor across lanes you don't own. Review the Member Roles & Contribution page, begin where you fit, and move between the two as your capacity and interests become clear.

5. Orientation Support

Optional live onboarding sessions are hosted on Zoom or Discord to meet the team and walk through the tools together. Questions? Reach out in the general DEP 3 channel or your DAO's Discord channel — you're never alone.
