Step 1 – Outreach

The Kambria Core Team may proactively reach out to potential partners or receive inquiries via:

At this stage, prospective partners are encouraged to:

  • Review DEP 2 documentation
  • Indicate the initiative(s) (DAO) and partnership type they are interested in

Step 2 – Alignment

Once we receive your Partnership Interest Form, our team takes time to explore how your interests and strengths align with DEP 2. This helps us identify collaboration opportunities that are clear, realistic, and mutually beneficial.

If there is a good fit, we will send a follow-up email including:

  • Suggested initiative(s) and ways to collaborate

  • A light verification step

  • An invitation to an onboarding discussion

Step 3 – Onboarding

Aligned partners are invited to a 20–30 minute onboarding call with the Kambria Core Team to:

  • Introduce DEP 2 and its operating principles
  • Review information submitted in the Partnership Interest Form
  • Align on:
    • Partnership scope
    • Collaboration timeline
    • Reporting and feedback mechanism

After onboarding, Kambria will:

  • Send a formal partnership confirmation email
  • Add the partner to the Our Collaboration Network directory
  • Collect logos and communication assets as needed

Step 4 – Collaboration

Partnership activities are carried out by phase and may include:

  • Workshops and training sessions
  • Creative and cultural activities
  • Exchange DAO participation (1–1 CED sessions)
  • Regeneration or community-based initiatives

During execution, Kambria will:

  • Send phase-based calls to action
  • Conduct weekly or periodic check-ins
  • Collect Execution Report & Feedback Form submissions at the end of each phase to document contributions and impact

Step 5 – Review & End-of-Cohort Recognition

At the end of the cohort, partner contributions are reviewed and recognized through:

  • A Partner Certificate
  • Logo or name inclusion in the DEP 2 Summary Report
  • Acknowledgment during the DEP Summary Event

If challenges arise during execution, Kambria prioritizes alignment discussions and support. Partnership termination is considered only when realignment is not feasible, in accordance with the DEP Partner Alignment & Termination Policy.
