Multi-Stakeholder KAT Tokenomics

In DEP 2, Kambria introduces a new experiment: 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐊𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬 — designed to explore how decentralized communities can recognize contributions and coordinate governance across different roles.

To make this possible in practice, a dedicated KAT Tokenomics DAO is created to design, operate, and iterate the KAT system across the cohort. This DAO will work to:

🔹Co-design a KAT reward & privilege framework

🔹Prototype role-based privileges and participation mechanics

🔹Build a web-based dashboard + testnet smart contracts (MVP)

🔹Pilot symbolic KAT flows in 3 DAOs: Cultural & Creative DAO, Exchange DAO, and participant-proposed DAOs

This framework supports Kambria’s broader vision of a regenerative ecosystem, where contributors from different roles can participate in:
