Proposal Qualification Checklist – DAO-Wide Master Plan

The Master Plan is the most important proposal in the entire cohort.

It sets the direction, structure, governance, budget logic, regeneration strategy, multi-stakeholder engagement, and synergy map of the entire DAO.

This checklist ensures the Master Plan is complete, coherent, and ready to guide all Working Group (WG) proposals.

1. Mission & Direction

1.1 Clear DAO Mission

Does the Master Plan clearly define the DAO’s overall mission for Cohort 2?

1.2 Cohort 2 Alignment

Does it reflect DEP 2 structure (impact + regeneration + learning)?

1.3 Long-Term View

Does it describe how this DAO contributes to Kambria’s broader ecosystem (Cohort 2, Cohort 3, and beyond)?

1.4 Multi-Stakeholder Orientation

Does it include the DAO’s intent to collaborate with partners, ambassadors, volunteers, customers/users, and KAT holders where relevant?

2. Impact Goals (DAO-Level & WG-Level)

Is the main impact goal clearly stated?

Are sub-goals assigned to each WG?

7.2 Alignment with Tokenomics DAO Guidelines

Does the Master Plan follow symbolic KAT rules and KAT Reward & Privilege Framework?

7.3 Sub-Goals for KAT Tracking
