2. Proposal Overview (Short Summary)

This proposal launches the third Peer Skill Exchange session under the Session Design & Facilitation WG. Participants will join as Guide or Explorer in real-time 1–1 online sessions focused on practical productivity enhancement.

The proposal contributes directly to:

  • Impact Goal (WG): 220 sessions

  • Regeneration: generates high-quality session stories for future donation-based pilots, institutional partnerships, and paid micro-learning programs

  • Cross-WG Collaboration: Documentation, Communications, Regeneration, Tokenomics Integration

Funding requested: $65, within the WG’s $1,000 envelope.

3. Alignment with the Master Plan

3.1 Impact Contribution

  • Master Plan WG target: 220 sessions

  • This proposal aims to deliver 20–30 verified sessions

  • Verified = documented + validated by Documentation & Archive WG

3.2 Regeneration Contribution

The sessions will produce:

  • Explorer goal statements

  • Guide techniques & frameworks

  • Before/after reflections

  • Case studies

These will be used by the Regeneration & Partnerships WG to:

  • Pilot “Sponsor a Session”

  • Pitch to NGOs, university clubs, wellbeing communities

  • Propose donation-based or paid micro-sessions

3.3 Budget Alignment

  • Requested: $65 / $1,000 WG envelope

  • Fits the Master Plan’s guideline of lightweight online spending

3.4 Synergy Alignment

This proposal activates multiple WGs:

  • Documentation WG: validate logs, archive

  • Communications WG: promotion + weekly recap

  • Regeneration WG: use stories for outreach

  • Tokenomics WG: validate KAT categories

3.5 Timing Alignment

Scheduled for early Execution Phase to:

  • Build momentum

4. Purpose & Background

4.1 Purpose

To expand the diversity of 1–1 sessions on CED by introducing structured productivity-enhancing micro-sessions supported by clear scripts, reflection templates, and co-created methodologies.

4.2 Background

Productivity is a universally requested domain across global participants. The WG intends to test:

  • Small, actionable productivity techniques

  • Guide onboarding pathways

  • Reflection-based learning loops

  • Cross-cultural applicability of productivity scripts

5.1 Planned Activities

  1. Co-create the “Boost My Productivity” session script

  2. Prepare Guide onboarding material

  3. Host and coordinate 1–1 sessions (global, multi-timezone)

  4. Collect reflection logs and evidence
