Partner Collaboration Timeline

This page explains how Community Partners, Expertise Partners, and Regeneration Partners collaborate with DEP Cohort 2 across the program’s January–August 2026 timeline.

The goal is to provide clarity, predictability, and lightweight coordination, enabling partners to engage meaningfully at the right moments—without unnecessary overhead.

 

1. Overview

Partnership in DEP follows the rhythm of the program phases, with clear entry points, contribution windows, and reflection moments.

Across the cohort, partners may engage through:

  • Alignment and discovery conversations

  • Co-hosted or supported activities

  • Community outreach and amplification

  • Providing expertise, venues, resources, or in-kind support

  • Supporting DAO impact and regeneration experiments

  • Participating in showcase and reflection events

  • Receiving documentation, reporting feedback, and recognition

The timeline below outlines recommended collaboration points.
Actual engagement can be customized based on each partner’s capacity, role, and availability.

 

2. Collaboration Timeline (Aligned with DEP 2 Phases)

Phase 1&2 – Call for Applications & Partners (Jan → April 2026)

What happens:

  • DEP 2 opens its public call for participants and partners

  • Applications are reviewed and participants selected

  • Partner roles and collaboration scopes are finalized

  • Partner bios and logos are prepared for documentation

Partner involvement:

  • Submit the Partnership Interest Form (select initiative(s) and role)

  • Participate in qualification & verification (account and scope)

  • Confirm partnership scope via confirmation email

  • Attend the DEP 1 Showcase & DEP 2 Launch event (optional)

  • Join partner communication channel (if applicable)

  • Join an onboarding meeting (1–1 or group by partner type)

Optional contributions:

  • Share DEP application announcements within your networks

  • Promote opportunities to students, members, or communities

Deliverables:

  • Confirmed partnership scope and role

  • Partner profile (bio, logo) included in DEP documentation

By the end of this phase, all DAO members and collaborating partners are confirmed.

 

Phase 3 – Onboarding (mid Apr → May 2026)

What happens:

  • DAO members onboard to tools, governance, and workflows

  • DAO impact plans and regeneration approaches are aligned

  • Working groups and collaboration needs become clear

  • Test proposals and voting flows are conducted

Partner involvement (by type):

  • Regeneration Partners:
    Provide capital, in-kind support, venues, or regenerative resources

  • Expertise Partners (see more)

    • Stream 1 (compulsory): Support DEP 2 proposal development directly within the program.
    • Stream 2 (optional but encouraged): Open-topic consultations outside the formal DEP 2 proposal process.
  • Community Partners (see more)

    • Stream 1 (compulsory): Amplify DEP 2 visibility and ensure consistent ecosystem-wide communication.
    • Stream 2 (optional but encouraged): Provide deeper, DAO-level media exposure and storytelling support.

Coordination:

  • Attend Kick-off Event (as invited)
  • Attend Onboarding Sync Meeting (as invited)

  • Submit a Phase Report Form (end of phase)

Checkpoint:

  • Kambria reviews reports and confirms continuation or exit status for the Execution Phase

 

Phase 4 – Execution (Jun → Aug 2026)

This is the core collaboration window of DEP 2.

What happens:

  • DAO proposals are submitted, voted on, and executed

  • Impact actions and regeneration experiments are implemented

  • Weekly DAO syncs and documentation take place

  • Tokenomics and sustainability models are tested

Partner involvement may include:

  • Regeneration Partners:
    Provide capital, in-kind support, venues, or regenerative resources

  • Expertise Partners (see more)

    • Stream 1 (compulsory): Support DEP 2 proposal execution directly within the program.
    • Stream 2 (optional but encouraged): Open-topic consultations outside the formal DEP 2 proposal process.
  • Community Partners (see more)

    • Stream 1 (compulsory): Amplify DEP 2 visibility and ensure consistent ecosystem-wide communication.
    • Stream 2 (optional but encouraged): Provide deeper, DAO-level media exposure and storytelling support.

Ongoing coordination:

  • Attend Execution Sync Meetings (as invited)

  • Submit Execution Phase Report Forms

  • Receive confirmation of continuation or closure after review

Documentation:

Partners receive relevant photos, summaries, or materials after activities (when applicable).

 

Phase 5 – DEP 2 Summary & DEP 3 Info Session (Sep 2026)

What happens:

  • DAOs submit final reports and consolidated summaries

  • Public showcase of results, learnings, and regeneration outcomes

  • DEP 3 structure and direction are introduced

Partner involvement:

  • Attend the DEP Summary & Showcase Event (virtual welcome)

  • Review DAO outputs and reflection materials

  • Receive certificates and final documentation

  • Discuss opportunities for future collaboration (DEP 3, pilots, or cross-DAO initiatives)

Recognition delivered:

  • Partner Certificates

  • Logo placement in DEP 2 Summary Report

  • Highlight stories (for selected Impact / Regeneration Partners)

  • Verbal and visual acknowledgment at the Showcase

This phase closes the DEP 2 collaboration cycle and informs the design of Cohort 3.

 

3. Collaboration Rhythm (Across All Phases)

To keep partnerships effective and lightweight:

Per Phase

  • Clear confirmation of scope and expectations

  • One report form submission (short, structured)

  • Continuation confirmation by Kambria

End of Cohort

  • Certificates issued

  • Final impact documentation shared

  • Optional conversation on future collaboration

 

4. Communication Channels

Partners are supported through:

  • Email thread with Kambria Core Team

  • Partner dedicated channel on Discord - invitation will be sent via email

  • Periodic DEP Update emails

  • Calendar & email-based event invitations

  • Partner-specific coordination for branding, media, or reporting

DAO-specific communication is facilitated case by case by Kambria.

 

5. Recognition Pathway (Summary)

Depending on partnership type and contribution level, partners may receive:
