Partner Post-Sharing Guide

Estimated reading: 4 minutes 122 views

This page provides high-level guidelines for how DEP Partners — including Community Partners, Expertise Partners, and Regeneration Partners — may share DEP-related content across their communication channels (social media, newsletters, internal groups, university pages, etc.).

This is an overview page.

Detailed post templates for each Partner type and Program phase will be provided in separate sub-pages, similar to the Ambassador structure.
This ensures a clean, easy-to-navigate system while allowing Partners to access guidance tailored to their role.

1. Purpose of Partner Post-Sharing

Partner sharing plays an important role in helping DEP reach:

  • Students

  • Community groups

  • Creative and cultural communities

  • Support regeneration and sustainability goals

  • Strengthen cultural and educational exchange

  • Promote meaningful community-driven impact

  • Celebrate collective achievements across the cohort

  • Community achievements

  • DAO or participant stories

Note:
All official assets (images, posters, captions) will be provided by the Kambria Core Team or by DAOs and reviewed before sharing.

3. How Partners Should Share Content

Partners may use:

  • Official visuals provided by Kambria or DAOs

  • Caption templates provided by Kambria or DAOs

  • Their own messaging, as long as it aligns with DEP values and factual accuracy

  • Translated versions of content (accuracy must be preserved)

Partners are welcome to personalize tone for their audience, while keeping key information correct.

Suggested Posting Steps

  1. Download the visual kit (image, poster, or event banner)

  2. Copy or adapt the caption template

  3. Add your own message (optional)

  4. Include the official link

  5. Tag @KambriaNetwork (where applicable)

  6. Optionally share a screenshot or link with Kambria for documentation

4. Do’s and Don’ts for Partner Posts

✔ Do’s

  • Use official visuals and templates when provided

  • Tag @KambriaNetwork where possible

  • Share accurate program information

  • Use inclusive, accessible, and positive language

  • Adapt tone to fit your community

  • Mention your collaboration role (optional)

  • Make official links visible before “See more”

✘ Don’ts

  • Do not change dates, deadlines, or confirmed details

  • Do not alter official visuals

  • Do not imply financial or speculative utility of KAT

  • Do not misrepresent your role or scope

  • Do not share content that contradicts DEP values

  • Do not create unreviewed co-branded visuals

5. What Counts as Meaningful Partner Promotion

Partner sharing is recognized when it includes actions such as:

  • Sharing official DEP announcements

  • Posting invitations to workshops or sessions

  • Promoting DAO activities or calls for participation

  • Highlighting co-created or supported initiatives

  • Sharing Summary Event announcements

  • Publicly acknowledging collaboration with DEP

These contributions are documented and considered during end-of-cohort reporting and recognition.

6. Recognition for Partner Post-Sharing

Partners who actively share DEP content may receive:

✔ Placement on the Our Collaboration Network page
✔ Mentions on the Update & Showcase page
✔ Partner Certificates
✔ Logo placement in the DEP 2 Summary Report
✔ Optional highlight stories for selected regeneration or impact contributions

Recognition is based on contribution quality and consistency, not posting frequency alone.

7. Where Partners Can Share

Partners may share DEP content via:

  • Official organizational social media accounts

  • Internal community or member groups

  • University or club pages

  • Professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)

  • Public community groups

  • Email newsletters

  • Website blogs or announcement pages

Private or closed groups are acceptable, as long as documentation is shared with Kambria when requested.
