𝐃𝐀𝐎 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝟐 (𝐃𝐄𝐏 𝟐) - 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧

DEP 2 is built around a dual-goal structure:

  - A clear Social Impact Goal

  - A Regeneration Goal (≥ $3,000)

Impact and sustainability are designed in parallel – not sequentially.

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬

DAOs are encouraged to experiment with simple, real-world funding models:

 - Ticketed performances or events

 - Paid sessions or workshops

 - Membership or subscription models

 - Merchandise or digital content sales

 - Sponsorship outreach

 - Institutional partnerships (universities, NGOs, youth networks)

 - Crowdfunding campaigns

 - Community-supported contributions

🔹 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥

 - Each DAO receives $3,000 USDT in seed funding, allocated in batches.

 - This is framed as risk capital for experimentation, not a grant.
- The goal is to test whether DAOs can regenerate ≥100% of the seed fund.

🔹 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

 - Structured working groups (Sales, Sponsorship, Events, Marketing, Distribution)

 - Weekly/Biweekly progress tracking (impact + regeneration)

 - Regenerated funds remain in the DAO treasury

 - DAOs that reach ≥100% regeneration receive priority for continued participation and future opportunities
