Providing Information

General Principle: When providing information for a service or transaction, users should only provide the minimum necessary details and must be aware of how that information and data will be used.

  • When handling passwords, please cover the password with your hand or move the device entering the password away from the camera.
  • Do not share OTP (One-Time Password): If someone asks you to provide an OTP during a Session or within the App, please be cautious, do not share it, and report it to us.
  • Do not open unknown links: Avoid clicking on suspicious website links (learn more about phishing attacks).

Report Inappropriate Behavior

If you encounter any inappropriate behavior from other members, please report it immediately to TECD via Zalo OA so we can assist with resolving the issue promptly.

Health Status Reminder

To ensure the quality and safety of the Session, please note your health status on your personal page and when scheduling a Session.

If you are feeling unwell during the Session, kindly share this with the SeniorBuddy so they can assist you in the best way possible.

By sharing this information, the SeniorBuddy can adjust the content accordingly, ensuring safety and optimizing effectiveness for you.

User Protection by TECD

To protect users, TECD will store Session recordings for 90 days. In case of a violation report, TECD will cross-check with the recording to provide support.

Additionally, to protect users during the Session, if inappropriate language is used, the AI Assistant will detect and issue an immediate warning.

TECD is committed to adhering to the Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
