Evaluation after the Session ends

After the Connection Session ends, you can rate and submit a review to share your thoughts about the Session and the Senior:

• 10 minutes after the Session ends or each time you return to the App, any unrated Session will be displayed once to ask for your feedback about the Session and the Senior.

• You can select a star rating (from 1 to 5) and choose multiple suggested comments for the Senior. You may also add your own comment below.

• After selecting and sharing your detailed feedback, please click "Submit" to save your review.

• Please note that reviews can only be submitted once and cannot be edited afterwards.
