Check Sessions’ Status

In "My Sessions", you can check three statuses for the sessions: Not Completed, Completed, and Incomplete.

• Not Completed: The session has not been confirmed as completed. It may not have taken place yet, or it has taken place but is still awaiting completion confirmation from the system or the user.
• Completed: The session has ended and has been confirmed as completed, either by the system or the user.
• Incomplete: The session does not fall into the two categories above – it may have been interrupted, canceled, or ended without being confirmed as completed. (See more details about Mechanism for recording a completed Connection Session here)
