Are there methods to support Seniors who are alert but not proficient with electronic devices?

For experiential Sessions requiring the use of two electronic devices, TECD is mindful of the fact that some Seniors may not be proficient with such devices.

TECD is addressing this issue through several approaches:

• Developing instructional materials with detailed visual illustrations.
• Designing user experiences within the App with features like automated assistance and AI support.
• Including a "Digital Literacy" Subject in skill-based Sessions to equip Seniors with basic technology knowledge.
• Encouraging the involvement of SeniorFamilies for support.
