Grant access permissions for TECD on the mobile App

After successfully registering, please grant TECD permission to access a few necessary items to conduct the online video Session, such as:

• Allow notifications/“Cho phép” and confirmations during the process of Scheduling Session, Booking Session, and Joining Session…

• Allow access/“Cho phép” to speech recognition so that the AI Virtual Assistant can support the Session.

• Allow access/“Cho phép” to the microphone for communication during the Session.

• Allow access/“Cho phép” to the camera for communication during the Session.

Grant access permissions for TECD on the web Application

• To open the camera, please grant access by selecting "Cho phép mỗi khi truy cập”/ “Allow while visiting the site" so you can observe and interact with the Senior during the Session.

• To open the microphone, please grant access by selecting "Cho phép truy cập microphone”/ “Allow Microphone Access" so you can hear and chat with the Senior during the Session.
