Evaluation after the Session ends

After the Connection Session ends, you can rate and share your feedback about the Session and your SeniorBuddy:

• 10 minutes after the Session ends, or whenever you return to the TECD App, any unrated Session will be shown once to invite you to share your thoughts about the Session and the SeniorBuddy.
• You can select a rating (from 1 to 5 stars) and choose from suggested feedback options for your SeniorBuddy. You may also write additional comments below.
• After selecting and writing your feedback, please tap "Submit" to save your review.
• Please note that each review can only be submitted once and cannot be edited afterward.
