Exclusion of e-Payment Content During Initial Launch

  • During the early stage, as we focus on building trust among members and growing a strong community, TECD will not include content related to e-payments.
  • This type of content will be introduced in a later stage, once the app’s AI Assistant feature is fully developed and seniors have become familiar with the app in particular, and digital technology in general.
  • Therefore, please refrain from discussing topics related to electronic payments at this stage.
Especially within the digital technology topic, please adjust your examples and shared content to reflect this guideline. For instance:
    • Booking Grab rides and paying in cash

    • Buying CGV movie tickets using prepaid or gift cards

    • Booking hotel rooms on Agoda and paying upon check-in

Reporting Inappropriate Behavior

  • If you encounter any inappropriate behavior from other members, please report it to TECD via Zalo OA so we can promptly assist in handling the situation.

Health Conditions of Seniors

  • Please be mindful of the Senior’s health condition to better support and adjust the Session’s content accordingly.
  • Health-related information (if provided) will be displayed in the booking notification or in the Senior’s profile page.
You may also check in with the Senior directly during the Session.

Identity Verification During Official Operation Phase

  • Once the app enters official operation, the registration process will require you to submit a copy of your Citizen ID (CCCD) to verify user identity and ensure authenticity in commercial transactions.

User Protection by TECD

A. Why You Need to Verify Your Account?

To ensure a safe, seamless, and trustworthy experience on TECD, all users are required to verify their identity and phone number. This verification process protects you and keeps the platform secure for everyone.

Safety & Security

Verification confirms that every account belongs to a real person, helping prevent impersonation, misuse, or harmful behavior within the platform.

Privacy & Data Protection

TECD follows strict security standards and its Privacy Policy to ensure your personal information is always protected during your use of the app.

Full Access to TECD Features

Before completing verification:

  • Seniors can only view the Session List (cannot join Sessions).

  • SeniorBuddies cannot create new Topics.

Verification unlocks full access so you can participate in all TECD activities with confidence.
