Seniors in good health can join practical Sessions, while those with weaker health may prefer lighthearted sharing in conversational Sessions.
For Seniors experiencing memory decline, TECD is exploring and developing Subjects often enjoyed by them, such as Games and Music.
However, if you have health issues that require attention, please share this with the SeniorBuddies when registering for a Session so that they can arrange and support you accordingly.

Seniors will need to prepare some electronic devices and tools

In TECD Sessions, Seniors and SeniorBuddies not only chat but can also practice a Subject together, such as making a recycled craft item.
For practical Sessions, TECD supports Seniors using two devices: a phone and a laptop or tablet. The phone is used to record the Seniors' practical activities, while the laptop or tablet is for observing the SeniorBuddies’ actions and sharing.
Depending on the Topic of the Session, specific tools may be required. For example, a Chess Session would require a chessboard.
