If you notice that a SeniorBuddy’s Topic violates the community standards, you can report it directly through the app. The TECD team will review your report and take appropriate action.

Report via TECD App

Go to the TECD app

On the Home screen, select the topic you want to report 

Click “Report”

Inside the topic page, scroll to the bottom and tap the “Report” button in the right corner.

Choose the report reason & provide details

In the “Report Violation” window:

• Select the reason for reporting (e.g., Sensitive content, Invalid content, Violation of regulations…).
  
• Write a detailed explanation so the admin team can support you effectively.

Click “Submit Report”

Successful submission

After submitting, a green notification will appear confirming your report has been received.

Report via TECD Website

Go to “Home”

Visit https://tecd.kambria.io/. Click “Home” to view the topic list

Select the “Topic”

Find the topic you want to report, then click on that Topic.

Click “Report”

When the information panel appears, scroll to the bottom-right and click the “Report” button.
