• If you encounter any inappropriate behavior from other members, please report it immediately to TECD via Zalo OA so we can assist with resolving the issue promptly.

• To ensure the quality and safety of the Session, please note your health status on your personal page and when scheduling a Session.
• If you are feeling unwell during the Session, kindly share this with the SeniorBuddy so they can assist you in the best way possible.
• By sharing this information, the SeniorBuddy can adjust the content accordingly, ensuring safety and optimizing effectiveness for you.

• TECD stores Session recordings for 90 days. If a violation is reported, the recording will be reviewed to ensure fair and accurate support.

• During Sessions, the AI Assistant automatically detects inappropriate language and issues immediate warnings to keep conversations respectful and safe.
