Ambassador Collaboration Timeline

Estimated reading: 4 minutes 164 views

This page outlines how Ambassadors (both Internal and External) collaborate with DAOs throughout the DEP 2 cycle.

Because Ambassadors focus on outreach, promotion, and ecosystem engagement, their timeline aligns with - but is not identical to - the main DEP Program Timeline.

1. Overview

Ambassadors contribute across the full DEP cycle, from outreach during the application phase to community engagement during execution and storytelling at the end.

The timeline below helps Ambassadors understand:

  • When their contributions are most needed

  • How they connect with DAO activities

  • Expected rhythms of collaboration

  • Key checkpoints with the Kambria Core Team

This timeline applies to both Internal and External Ambassadors.
